If B12 implodes, ACC not necessarily in a position of strength.

It is in a position of strength only is one of two things happen.

1) ACC improves its football hand vis-a-vis the other power conference. More direct, if the ACC picks up Texas or OU in the deal.

2) College football decides to give the four remaining conferences and automatic bid to the CFP.

Otherwise, an imbalance of power will make ACC schools with options able to consider jumping to the SEC or B1G.
