He's ahead of schedule. He has 1 player playing that was
from the previous coaching staff. Buzz is a tireless worker and will continue to build. Success doesn't come overnight, although he's done so well that it has created some unrealistic expectations on this board. He took us to the NIT in year 2 & has a good chance at NCAAs in year 3. Those a huge advancements considering where we were. He also has a lot of talent that we will be available next year. We have 2 amazingly talented guards coming, one of which is a 5 Star talent that could play anywhere in the country. The other is good enough to play at 90% of the power 5 schools. The 3rd recruit will help with rebounding and appears to be highly underrated by those in the know. Tyrie Jackson will be able to play, as will Devin Wilson who will provide senior leadship and tough defense . This years team can make the tourney, next year and the years following we can make runs in the tournament. Again it doesn't happen overnight and he's building this thing from the ground up. Enjoy the ride, he's done a Great job so far.
