Jersey, to be clear, are you saying that

Brands was recruiting Epperly to Iowa? Or was he saying come to VT, redshirt and then transfer to Iowa? Epperly was in the class after Metcalf etc. correct? Is there also evidence that Brands recruited that class knowing he was leaving?

Can you expand on the lawsuit thing and how that effected Epperly being able to compete right away? I didn't understand that part.
