I hear ya,,,,,,

but, as a manager, I love the hiring process, even when you have a clear favorite. You get a feel for who's out there and what their approaches are. Many times I end up going for my early favorite, but I always learn from it.

I agree that a main contributing factor to our success was having a strong assistant in Robie (magnified when Zadick and DSJ came aboad). Robie is obviously a strong choice, particularly if you retained Zadick and DSJ.

Whit seems to thrive in the hiring process....I'm eager to see how he handles this.
