Back in the 80's, Cassell was near capacity for weeknight games. Granted, the program had more cache at that but, since then VT's enrollment has probably grown by 10k and the NRV on the whole has grown tremendously.

There are plenty of potential customers within a 30-45 min drive of Blacksburg who could get their butts in the seats for a weeknight game.
