Gable wants to come across as an elder statesman of wrestling who is interested in the growth and betterment of the sport.

That is bull excrement. He is all about Iowa wrestling and doesn't care who he hurts or how negatively it affects the sport of wrestling. Gable conspired with Brands to cut the heart out of VT wrestling. They are co-conspirators. I actually consider Dan Gable more at fault than Brands because he had the influence and stature to steer Brands in the right (or wrong) direction.

Can anyone here dispute that conclusion? If so, enlighten me please.
