Clearly ready for HC at VT position. Hopefully Zadick stays and hones his admin/recruiting skills and becomes a top program HC a couple seasons from now. Supplement them with St John and one or two more ex/present world team members for SERTC and training partners/recruiting magnets and cement VT as a top five program/championship potential for the next 5 or 6 years.
