Some advice

you want to make a house inspection when your brother is there to prepare the house for sale. Take a ton of pictures.

Give a cease harvesting lumber letter along with the notification of the end of lease and expected move out date via certified mail.

I would put up no trepassing signs once the guy is out.

The pictures are for if this guy is still a drug addict, they have a tendency to steal all the copper before they leave.
