Keep the solid defense, and add a "more flashy" offense (as compared to Frank's Os), and I think you'll start attracting more of the top players in Virginia and the region.

I think we were in the top-20 this year, and if we continue to play for ACC championships, I think we could become a solid "top-20" recruiter. (Solid, meaning we're "top-20" every year.)
