The second foul on Cook was nearly as bad, she was standing still and was bulldozed and she was called for the foul. Hicks was tackled in front of the bench and no foul was called. Walking all over the court by both teams never called. Where does the ACC find such incompetent refs? Seems like the refs for the girls games are just awful. The teams and the fans deserve better.
