Film getting out changed things a lot.

Teams realized that Hicks was the only one who could distribute and even then, she was susceptible to turnovers. Teams started sagging off her too, clogging up the paint for everyone else.

Stiffer competition changed a lot too. Hicks, Magarity and Cook still put up decent numbers, but they can'y impact the game as much when playing against ACC teams.

Cook and DaRosa are both out with injuries right now. Camp has had to sit all season. Brooks has only had seven scholarship players available for most of the season, with Erinn Brooks playing spot minutes.

Next year, Brooks will have a bit more to work with. Sure, he loses Panousis, Hill, Cook and Nahodil, but look at the players who will be available:
Rachel Camp
Michelle Berry
Erin Garner

Brooks also has a talented group coming in, including Aisha Sheppard, who could easily see minutes off the bench as a true frosh.
