Does that include JUCO players...

that qualified at a NCAA D-1 school and transferred to JUCO like Jerod Evans (Air Force-Trinity JUCO-VA Tech) and Ty Outlaw (UNC-Greensboro - Lee JUCO-VA Tech). Both of Brooks' recruits played their freshman seasons at Minnesota and Tulane. Both academically qualified at those schools. Those 2 players, like Ty Outlaw, didn't want to sit out (red-shirt) a season and chose to play at the JUCO level for a year. I thought the JUCO rule had more to do with athletes like men's basketball player Johnny Hamilton who only played at a JUCO college. Louisville is loaded with JUCO's. FSU and Syracuse used to have several every year. I'm sure someone here is an expert on this matter.
