What? EXACTLY my point. Not having best players hurts the game.


I don't care if they go to Europe or to the Moon, not having the best players available for US colleges will hold college soccer back. People will realize that it is akin to watching DII or DIII football. Thus, it won't ever be something the masses get behind.

And of course, if the NBA or NFL began accepting the best young players it would hurt college bball and fball. It's already hurt college basketball. I recall the days of watching true stars in college basketball. They are no more. Even if a Lebron ever goes to college, he's only there one year before taking off. For the sake of college basketball it would be tremendous if players were forced to play there three years.
