This is true. I don't personally believe he's the best at finding

talent and developing them to compete at this level. Pitching woes are a prime example. However, from his prospective, I'm sure it's hard to recruit here with what we had and believes he would be much more successful with what is to come.

With that said, he won't get that chance imo.
