1) He has been present for entire 11 year resurrection of our foresaken program. His blood, sweat and tears are all over this program. No way he makes it 11 years as an assistant without being a huge reason for success.
2) Western PA pedigree. Major street cred in top recruiting stomping grounds
3) Excellent VA wrestling relationships
4) Active/prolific recruiter. Every time I talked to KD when TR wasn't around, he was out recruiting somewhere.
5) Primary coach of our mid-heavy and heavies who are our most dominant group presently
6) First guy Rosselli (of OhioSt Steiber, Snyder, Jaggers fame) called when he took over rebuilding job at OU. That speaks volumes.
