Explain why it's primarily ACC and Pac12 schools requiring subsidies?

And that's essentially student fees.

But hey, go ahead and tout the virtues of Swofford and the rest of his Greensboro Country Club cronies. The difference can always be made up by gouging VT students for millions. And we can always hit up our fans/alums for millions more too. Whatever it takes to keep Raycom afloat I suppose.
