They would, if our logo is not trademarked in Canada.
Intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyrights) is generally enforceable only in the country where it is issued. (My own experience is with patents.) However, if something is made outside the U.S. but brought in, it could still be found to have infringed the IP. So I think they get a pass on their side of the border.
OTOH, if the logo is trademarked in Canada, everything I just stated is moot.
