Awful coaches lately, Welsh was a good coach, he wasn't great, but he was


good for UVA. 16 out of 19 seasons he had a winning record. Took them to a number 1 ranking. Before he got there they had 2 winning seasons in 29 years. He was ACC coach of the year 4 times and National Coach of the Year once. He was a really good coach for them, but since him their coaches have been awful with talent.
