Rolling the dice with Coaching staff


Two trends of thought. If Whit "flushes" present staff and brings in a staff of big names , the chances of being an annual trophy/title contender MIGHT increase down the road. This also could mean a significant step back for a couple seasons as some of the present team members and recruits fly the coop. On the other hand , keeping present staff and tweaking it by adding a couple high profile training partners is probably the more conservative way for continued success although we may never be able to join the elite by attracting the top recruits. Does Whit "roll the dice" ?
