If you hire Cunningham, isn't there a reasonable chance that he can keep


guys in the fold? If you have a tremendous relationship with the current staff and you are absolutely committed to them, OK.

On the other hand, Cunningham can sell the idea that he knows what it takes to win individual NCAA titles. Plus, who wouldn't want to stay in Blacksburg????
