Has any other #1/2/3 seed played as many games practically at home?

Since when is there a guarantee to play a pod in North Carolina? Maybe they have a point about South Carolina getting to play an hour and a half away from home as a 7 seed, but not about the game moving from where "it's supposed to be".

 No games in NC
 No games in NC
Raleigh (Duke got 2 home games)
 No games in NC
Greensboro (Duke got 2 home games)
Winston-Salem (A #6 Duke got shipped to Buffalo)
Raleigh & Charlotte Regional (#2 Duke shipped to Washington DC; didn't earn a trip to Phoenix)
Greensboro (#2 Duke got 2 home games)
 No games in NC
Charlotte (#1 Duke got 2 nearly home games, then promptly lost in Anaheim)
Greensboro (#2 Duke lost in the first round to #15 Lehigh)
 No games in NC
Raleigh (#3 Duke lost in the first round to #14 Mercer)
Charlotte (#1 Duke 2 nearly home games)
Raleigh (#4 Duke got shipped off to Providence)

There have been 10 first round pods hosted in NC in 15 years.
