Has any other #1/2/3 seed played as many games practically at home?
Since when is there a guarantee to play a pod in North Carolina? Maybe they have a point about South Carolina getting to play an hour and a half away from home as a 7 seed, but not about the game moving from where "it's supposed to be".

09: Greensboro (#2 Duke got 2 home games)
10: No games in NC
11: Charlotte (#1 Duke got 2 nearly home games, then promptly lost in Anaheim)
12: Greensboro (#2 Duke lost in the first round to #15 Lehigh)
13: No games in NC
14: Raleigh (#3 Duke lost in the first round to #14 Mercer)
15: Charlotte (#1 Duke 2 nearly home games)
16: Raleigh (#4 Duke got shipped off to Providence)
There have been 10 first round pods hosted in NC in 15 years.
