Yes. Those were quality wins in November and December by the ACC. Teams are still tinkering with their line ups at that time. They are important wins to qualify for the NCAA tourney. However, the NCAA tourney is when it matters the most and the ACC has performed poorly. People can rationalize it any way they want but the ACC did not come through when it matters the most.
