My two cents...


Boeheim had three grad transfers one the roster this season, two of them playing significant minutes/roles (Gillon, White III). To me, that's a sign that he's not recruiting all that well. When you're relying on two grad transfers for an average of 30-35 minutes a night, that's a problem.

When a coach starts to struggle with recruiting, that's kind of a death knell for his tenure. I know he was in the Final Four last year, but I'd bet the under on how many more years his teams are successful.
