1. Not sure if youre asking if any of our wrestlers get 100% funding, or if youre asking if they get 100% for all 4 years. Both are true in some instances.

2. yes, no funding is guranteed after year 1.

3. High level guys will get up to full. We missed on tOSU's pletcher. We offered 95%, tOSU offered 100%. How i have no idea
