I obviously have no insider information, but even to an outsider, it seems pretty obvious that following KD to Ames is the right move for him. Assuming he gets a job offer from ISU, there's too many reasons to go:
He gets to return to his home state, he gets to coach at one of the top programs in the sport (historically speaking), and he gets to work with Dresser, one of the premiere coaches in the country. A young, relatively inexperienced coach really can't hope for much more in a career opportunity.

Zadick's future is more intriguing. I like to think that he might want to stick around in Blacksburg rather than move to Ames, but there's always the possibility that someone offers him a head coaching gig. If that happens, I'd expect him to jump at the opportunity.
