Wrestling is an individual sport, so only qualifiers can ride per NCAA

The coaching (non-athletes) is also limited. For 1-3 qualifiers, 1 NA. 3-5 qualifiers gets you 2, and more than that gets you 3.

Everyone else pays, but they can get the same discounted fare that the others get through the NCAA travel agent.
