In China they probably have helped themselves in the brain power department. You figure if some of the dumber kids somehow foolishly die it would leave more smart kids as a percentage. Unfortunately, in America our smart families tend to have much smaller families then the not so smart families. Not written in stone but I'd bet this is true, thus, even if half of the kids from the not so smart families have fatal accidents there is still a larger percentage of kids from less bright families. Which dumbs down the gene pool in America.
