Discussion is good. I looked at it differently.


I'm not counting Dresser and Robie. I throw that out.


I was comparing whether I prefer Zaddick St John and Walz. Or Frayer , Molinaro, and Walz

Obviously Walz is the same on either staff.

I would take Molinaro over St John. Because Molinaro is an Olympian and St John isn't. He has coached at Rutgers and PSU. I like the fact he has been a volunteer assistant at PSU this year. And his recruiting footprint is Pa and. NJ versus Iowa for St. John.


To me Frayer and Zaddick are close. Both are Olympians. Frayer coached Wisconsin and Oklahoma. Frayer is from Florida and I like that for recruiting and also has. Midwest contacts. Close call here.


When you look at what our staff would have been if a Coach Dresser hadn't raided us versus who we ended up with it really is a push. If anything I like the recruiting ties better of the two new coaches and now have two recent Olympians compared to one. Heck Molinaro is a 2016 Olympian with two years at Rutgers coaching and two at PSU. His pedigree is at good as it gets for a young coach
