Even the 9th game would only get them in Bburg every 6 yrs.
I want the ACC to do something it hardly ever does. Come up with a new concept. I've described how the other leagues, and even particular schools like Texas and ND, have attempted new things. Why can't the aCC? The ACC should get creative with the scheduling and get quality matchups more often.
Again, I would just randomly place teams into 7 team divisions, and THEN allow any rivalry games that do not naturally occur be scheduled OOC.
But even that's not ideal. If this league had decent leadership, it wouldn't get screwed over by the rest of the P5 so often. It was a new low for the ACC when they proposed combined legislation with the Big12 recently and the unprecedented move was made to grant the Big12's wishes, but not the ACC's. The Big12 was given the ability to play a Champ. game with only 10 teams. Remember when the ACC proposed playing one with 11? I do. It was shot down. These guys get zippo respect from the leaders of other leagues. Look at how the ACC only gets $27 million guaranteed while the other 4 get $40 million. It's laughable at this point.
