Right now CAA football has 12 members. If the G5s
keep the football scholarships at 85, then how many will be able to afford the additional cost? JMU might be the only school who could afford it. Delaware and Villanova may be able to afford it, but it is unclear if they are willing to pony up the additional cost. Maine, NH, RI, Albany, Elon, Towson, Richmond, Stony Brook, and W&M are unlikely to be able to afford it.
