UNC won't go to court because they can't afford to have the actors testify. They would no doubt use all of their procedural challenges but the admin. record for them sucks. They got credit for cooperating and then it was found that they had been holding back.

I just don't see the "we were cheating but since you didn't catch us for awhile, it doesn't count" defense playing out very well for them.
