But I would guess it's trying to balance it all out. I would guess the criteria, in order of importance, is:

1. Creating premiere TV matchups (so Duke/UNC/MSU may have unusual conditions)
2. Balance Home/Away every two years
3. Match up last years standings as much as possible
4. Try not to repeat matchups frequently (like having NW's two most recent road trips in ACC/B10 being to the same school)

I'm guessing Wisky or UMD at home.
