He had a poor first start last week, but this afternoon he pitched 6 innings and gave up just 1 run on 2 hits. He is in line to get the win as Oakland leads 9-1 in the 8th.

And the A's just had an infielder injured and called up Chad Pinder. He hit his first major league HR today and is 2 for 4.
