ND has their own conference for football, a conference of One.

They are in the ACC for everything else, and seem to be quite happy with their situation. Unless something changes to force their hand, I can't see any reason for them making a change. They would be better off joining the ACC for football, than trying to build a new conference with Texas and Oklahoma and whatever else they can piece together.
