And I like your list with the possible exception of Cincinnati. I could live with them, but would prefer Navy.

I just think Texas is too far away to gain any sort of rivalry traction. ACC schools have rivalries with most of the ones you mention here on the eastern seaboard. Perhaps not Temple so much, but Philadelphia would be a good market for the league.

And saturating Florida would be great for ACC football in that state. I already know ACC schools like playing there.
