How many years for distracted driving?


Cell phones being the obvious example.

Makes me laugh -- the number of people who place DUI in/near the same category as violent crime, yet do the same (or worse) with distracted driving.

And FWIW, not making any excuses for DUI. Most states are probably too lenient.
