Not really but I occasionally let them know my feelings about it. I am


in a position that to be able to help them I have to "play nice" but I don't pull any punches. And I RARELY prescribe narcotics myself. Starting next year in NC I will have to be registered in the "reporting system" when I write a script for a narcotic it is reported to a central system so that practitioners can find out if they are habitual. I have helped a few who were obviously intoxicated get home.
