Loh was more than happy to support the ACC exit fee when his initial inquiries about joining the Big Ten were met with silence, however, he couldn't get out the door fast enough when Delaney revisited the idea because the Big Ten needed subcribers for carriage on the network. Fact is he and a few of his underlings came from the Midwest, having been passed over for Big Ten promotions but, still having the goal of leading a Big Ten university.
