Saw him at the new apartments, Kings Acres and Atlee Station

He was coming from Sliding Hill and Richardson. To say that there is no alternate route to meet up again is not a good explanation really. There is no way he could have done it in the period of time allotted. Going down Brook then Sliding Hill would take at least 10 minutes compared to JEB Stuart then Kings Acres.
