This hits home for me. My daughter had heart surgery last year
Different circumstances. My daughter was 12 when she had heart surgery to fix AAOCA (right coronary artery). Surgery went great. She still suffers from a dysautonomia condition called POTS which requires her to occasionally need to get an saline IV to treat dehydration. There are good days and bad days with POTS. The hope is when my daughter gets to her 20's she can grow out of the POTS condition.
It sounds like Caleb's daughter is doing great and I pray that she does not have any other issues as she gets older.
