I think that's a good overall answer to the question. VT

has historically not utilized the JUCO transfer route much, but it appears this trend is currently on an upward trajectory. The women's Basketball JUCO a few years ago worked out very well.

A big issue for VT and some other ACC teams is the academic requirement to get accepted into the school. Generally, you had to be a qualifier out of high school to get into the school.
