Replacing two head coaches plus an associate AD is tough in one year

Seems like Whit Babcock has three big major needs to fill. It will be a challenge to conduct a national search and fill all three at the same time. Throw in how much Deseree was involved in the search/hiring of Fuente and Buzz it will be double challenging this time around.

Guessing here that WB will tackle just a portion of that list this spring and then put the remainder on close watch for 2018.

For anyone wondering how involved WB is with softball I have attended only 3 games this year - all against different opponents and during different times of the season. WB was in attendance at all three. The last game, vs GT, was while there was a baseball game going on at the same time. Yet he was in the stands just fitting in as a fan with his son watching softball. Any change here will not be a reaction to just the win loss record or any internet post.

Sure has been a tough spring for my Hokies (:
