Agreed, Mason is a good man, no need to


Embarrass him by firing him before season is done. He's done a good job here before as an asst., and has treated people right, he's just not getting things done as head man.

He knows what's going to happen if he doesn't go on a miracle run. Firing him immediately won't salvage this season.
