Looks like Penn State was always a dream school for her..


Penn State didn't offer her a scholarship until a few weeks ago. The only Power-5 school that offered her before she decided to get out of her NLI with Dayton was Virginia Tech. Breen said that Virginia Tech was once again her 2nd choice. She never visited UNC because she knew she wanted to sign with Penn State once they offered her a scholarship. IMO, Brooks and staff did all they could to get her to play here. It's difficult beating out a player's "dream school".

It will be interesting to see if Brooks uses the extra scholarship or holds on to it to catch a bigger fish next fall or spring.
