Won't work outside the state.

Each state they go into should have its own theme. Shouldn't focus on basketball at the Florida or Virginia locations. Need more football and baseball. Might want to have some hockey stuff in Boston.

They should try to portray as the local conference where they put it within the footprint. They ran the advertisement in the NY Yankees program about the ACC being New York's College Conference. I liked that. They should do more.

Outside the ACC states, they should have a more national theme.
