I suspect there are more schools that don't have a DC satellite
campus than schools that do have one. Also, I believe there is a difference between a school having a "campus" (basically a building which is owned by the school) in DC or within the DMV with its own faculty and having a DC program that relies on another university's faculty.
It appears that NC State doesn't have a DC campus or even a DC Program. Clemson's DC Program is through either American University or GMU. Ironically students live in either a dorm at GW or in a furnished Capitol Hill apartment. BC also uses American University for its DC Program. In addition to Oklahoma and USC, Stanford and Wake are 2 other schools that have a "campus" in DC. Duke and UNC are 2 others that have a "campus" in DC, but it is unclear whether they own a building or rent space (maybe even just a room) in building.
