Babcock has hired almost exclusively current head coaches from 2nd tier conferences with P-5 experience or equivalent. That would eliminate all assistant on list except: Lovelady, Kingston, Finwood and Shouppe. Lovelady and Kingston are long shots. UCF and UCF and both on their way to being major powers and they are in sunny Florida where they can play year around. Why leave? That leaves Finwood and Shouppe. Anyone else out there meet the criteria?
