Want to stir the pot, add Houston & reach into Texas

ACC has stretched itself North with BC & Syracuse. Mid-west with Louisville & ND(partial). If you want to grab the 4th largest City population, 8th largest TV market, expand into an internet streaming market that has a 24% CAGR in streaming services projected theory 2020, expanding the customer reach to over 6 M in Texas.

Not to mention the options of poaching HS talent in state of Texas from Big 12 & SEC teams which have a duopoly on talent acquisition due to their footprint.

Losing Maryland and gaining Louisville lost the ACC one of largest media and affluent streaming market in the country. The Much plagued ACC network depends upon traditional cable and streaming service to reverse negative trends of cable alone. Louisville although better performing in the field,court and diamond brings ACC little in comparison to D.C. Television Cable /Internet services Market. And please forget West Virginia.

Now reset the table with television & internet streaming markets of Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Miami & strong pockets throughout the SE USA, which remains a heavy Cable subscription market due to limited high speed internet options compared to major cities.

If Johnny boy wants to earn big boy money for the ACC, bring some big boy leverage to the table and get Houston.
