JB Jones, former ME prof., dept. head, and class of '45, died last week...


He was 93. I barely knew him, but some of you might have had him for class, or used his thermo book.

He was a quite a guy. The last time I saw him was back on campus 3-4 years ago... for a meeting about how to improve teaching engineering courses.
