We focus on the cable box value of Rutgers and Maryland. The B1G was clear, at the time, that they selected two markets that are heavily littered with B1G grads. When Michigan, OSU, etc. visit Rutgers or Maryland, there is an eager body of ticket buyers waiting. That, alone, isn't an asnwer to what loss may come from cable box atrophy, but it matters some.
Rutgers AD is a mess right now, but with 60,000 enrolled, they have serious potential.
The SEC will never have trouble selling tickets. ACC needs to keep growing the football fanbase, top to bottom.
